Wolfe Vets has the facilities and knowledge to look after almost any illness, that way you do not need to travel far from home to get your pets the care they need. We also carry out every routine procedure you would expect of a family vet practice, offering genuine value for money: vaccinations, neutering, travel advice, dentistry and all the operations you could think of.  Wolfe Vets performs complex surgeries and manages challenging medical cases while also being the local friendly vet clinic. We have the latest surgical and diagnostic facilities to allow us to carry out advanced veterinary care and maintain the highest clinical standards.

Parking: We have several parking spaces available for clients to use. These are located behind Wolfe Vets. The entrance to the car park is through the undercroft to the left of Dreams bed store. Please drive to the end of the car park and park on the left hand side. Designated spaces have signage. There are also visitors spaces available. If it is out of hours, and you have driven, please call 020 3011 1205 so we can open the gate for you.

 

The clinic is wheelchair accessible.

    Please call the duty vet, only in the case of a genuine emergency, 020 8167 4477 up to 10pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends.

    EMERGENCIES

     

    Wolfe Vets arranges emergency appointments after normal clinic hours at our 24hr centre in Fulham. Please do not attend the clinic without calling first. Call 020 8167 4477 (Chiswick) or 020 3011 1205 (Fulham) in the case of an emergency. All calls are forwarded to our Fulham 24hr centre when the clinics are closed for routine cases. 

    Policies

    Payment: Fees incurred during consultations or inpatient stays are due on completion of the visit.

    Insurance: Wolfe Vets are happy to complete insurance forms to help pet owners recoup the cost of treatment from their insurers. Payment can be accepted direct from an insurer only when the insurer gives the necessary written pre-approval for a specific set of tests or treatment, this can process can take an insurer up to 7-14 days.

    Prescriptions: Wolfe Vets maintains an extensive pharmacy for our patients. Written prescriptions for dispensing at alternate pharmacies are available on request, a fee is due for the service.

    Customer feedback: As an independent practice, clients of Wolfe Vets have direct access to our owner.
