Independent

The Wolfe Veterinary Hospital is independently owned. We are committed to giving your pet the best care possible. We believe that independent is best. Because we are independent, we can treat our patients, invest in the best equipment and respond to the changing veterinary world with flexibility and speed. All our decisions are made with only our patients in mind, we are not influenced by far off head offices, we are not allied to any other veterinary service providers; all our advice is impartial. As a small organisation you have access to the key decision makers in person. We employ locally, pay our taxes locally and spend locally.

The Wolfe Pack

Our pet health club The Wolfe Pack rewards pet owners who fully protect their furry family against preventable diseases. Members of the Wolfe Pack receive complete parasite and vaccine protection against the local diseases at discounted rates and are rewarded with further discounts on all other costs.

Consultations

Hands-on examination allows the best veterinary care. We encourage our pet owners to book appointments to see our vets at the hospital, this makes full use of our expertise and state of the art facilities. House calls are available if appropriate. Appointments in the hospital are available 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies. Call 020 8167 4477.

Payment

All payments are due on the day of treatment. Out of hours a £500 deposit is taken on admission and the remainder is due when patients are discharged from hospital. We are happy to work with insurers and can claim the majority of the costs direct from insurers when written pre-authorisation of treatment is provided by the insurer.

Insurance

We recommend taking out health insurance for your pet.
