Overseeing the team in Head office, Jonathan ensures the smooth running of the office, and the manages the exciting growth and development plans for Wolfe as we roll out our network of Veterinary Hospitals in Greater London. Having started and grown several successful businesses Jonathan is passionate about building organisations from the ground up, and building the very best teams of individuals to operate them. Alongside Head Vet and his Co-founder James Bennett, Jonathan steers the strategic direction of the business.

Chris has 20 years experience in the London property world, as an agent, developer, and founder of several successful related businesses. As a director and shareholder of Wolfe he gives counsel to the management team with all the property related developments in the business, and attends the monthly Directors board meeting.

Over 20 years as a qualified accountant (CPA Australia), Kristen worked at Macquarie Group in Sydney and London as an Associate Director in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Group and the Financial Management Group. Following a break raising a young family, Kristen took on a project management role at BP, before joining Wolfe Vets and its group companies as Finance Director. She oversees the finance team, ensuring the tight financial management of our growing business.

Flying the flag for Kiwi's in the Wolfe head office, Maddy has lived in the UK since graduating from The University of Otago with a BSc in Psychology and Education. When not traveling around Croatia, Maddy can be found pouring over invoices and paying bills ensuring the lights stay on in the studio. With a meticulous eye for detail, our numeric superstar can be counted on to make sure that all our group offices remain organised and efficient.

Gabby returned to London after four years as an Operational Business Support Team Leader at New Zealand’s Ministry for the Environment, where she developed her people leadership skills. Now studying for her CIPD Level 3 HR qualification, she supports the Wolfe Vets team, managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and benefits and generally helping to keep the team happy and thriving.
