James Bennett has been our chosen vet for 15 years and we would have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone who truly loves and cares about their pet’s health, guaranteeing the best available veterinary care and advice. James is very passionate about his profession and is a very knowledgeable, caring and resourceful vet. James has always been there for us, in both health and illness, right up to the very last breath of our beloved dog Teddy, due to an aggressive tumour on Teddy's spine and eventual paralysis of his back legs, James held our hand and counselled us when the time came to say goodbye, we all shed some tears together that day, James treats his patients as his own pets and looked after our Teddy since he was an 8 week old puppy. We now have another young Staffordshire bull terrier called Bear, we are comforted to know that James is there for us and will be for many years to come, we are forever grateful to him and feel most fortunate to have such a caring professional human being as guardian for the health of our dog.

Our spaniel, Buster is a really important member of our family. He is almost 10 years old and James has been his vet for the majority of his life. Buster has not had the most straightforward medical history which has included two replacement cruciate ligaments, ongoing arthritis, surgery to remove grass seed from his paw and a life threatening gastric infection which saw him in animal hospital for 4 days. James has competently and reassuringly guided us through these procedures - we always felt we were in the safest of hands. Even when I have been concerned about something very minor, James has listened patiently and provided sensible, straightforward advice.
